ok change in the cage fight date

I just wanted to post that Elite cage fighting just announced a change in the fight date. The new date went from september 13th to October 4th at 7pm I,ll be the 12th fighter. TO be determined who i will be fighting at the fight itself.

At least that gives you a little more time to train...

i thought i would give this oppertunity to give you guys my exercise routine any sujjestions on changes would help but i am already dramatically seing changes i am in week two of conditioning myself.

first day ran 2 miles Exercised at the gym lifting some weights not to many maxed out at 120 pounds like i say not mutch didn,t push myself

Day 2 Ran 2 miles Practiced at the gym menovers and kicking did 50 pushups 50 setups

day 3 Ran 4 miles Practiced at the gym doing menovers and kicking and did 25 setups 20 pushups

day four took day off

Day five Ran 3 miles Practiced at the gym doing some sparing did 10 pushups 25 setups and some sprint

Day six Ran 2 miles took day off at gym had to work alot

day sevin Ran some more practiced grapeling at the gym and did some menovers

Day eight took day off really sore lol

Day nine Took the day off again

Day ten Ran 5 miles did 50 pushups 50 setups and practiced at the gym some more

Day elevin Ran 2 miles did 20 pushups 25 setups Practiced at the gym

I am noticing alot of differences in my chest neck and sholders today i started taking a Creatine Supplement and i,m goign to start using that for mussle streangtening with my exercise routine.

on monday i am going to get into some serious sparing mainley to learn how to take a hit. I got my practice 5 oz Grapeling gloves in yesterday.


I did forget to mention our company Black signs also owns ozark mountain valley water company and springfield water company so i spend two hours every morning loding 3 trucks of 5 gallon water bottles they are 65 pounds each and 70 pounds glass bottles so i am also getting exercise there so yes i have been verry sore so hoping that will go away but i feel like a bull dog not giving up yet dont plan on it.

today i learned a big lesson in grapeling. Got my ass kicked in this deal. we spent from 5pm till 9 pm getting my ass kicked in grapeling. I learned alot of submission holds though.

oh btw i was put on the backup list for a fight in clinton not ready but i told them what the hell that fight is this coming weekend.

yah the fight happened i just wasnt, in it because of my concussion i was not able to get cleared to fight.

Concussion? From practice?

Roger you do know you want to avoid getting hit in the head...right.

yah that last fight i got hit in the head alot wound up with a concussion. I was fine that night but passed out a few times the next morning. I though it was funny but scared the crap out of kristen LOL. yah i,m going to be getting a better guard onthe november 22 fight
