"Official" Announcement to Continue File 07-1212

It was just "officially" announced in Los Angeles City Council this morning that Item 31 (File 07-1212 mandatory spay/neuter, City of Los Angeles) will be "continued" for February 12th "without objection."

I will check the Continuation Agenda, when it becomes available, and advise of the assigned Item Number.

The regular Agenda has already been posted for next Tuesday but File 07-1212 does not appear on that Agenda. That is because the City Council had to first announce Item No. 31 in session at today's Agenda, make an official announcement to continue, and then advise the City Clerk to publish the announcement in the "Continuation" Agenda for next Tuesday, 12 February.
