| LOL no crap, huh? I know Reagan at 2 weighs about 45 pounds, she was only 14 pounds at his age. If I remember right, Dookie was big like that, I know he weighed 17 pounds at 9 weeks... | |

| There are alot of people who don't care for them but quite a few people who love them.
I personally do like some, as long as they are porportionate and overall correct looking. | |

| my thoughts on em is if youre gonna own an APBT, get a REAL one. not some AmBully w/questionable ancestory thats looked on as an APBT by the public anyway. besides, bullies have ALOT of health problems and IMO arent as good w/ people. just be ready for ALOT more responsibility..."gamie" lines are generally WAY wilder! now im sure some are gonna bust my chops, but everyone is entitled to an opinion, and mine is based on experience with both types(we had a half Camelot half Castillo) and ill never own another bully. my first and last was maiden. she was a sweet dog, but a bitch to feed, and caught alot of attention from shady folk simply due to her size. i believe that is why she was stolen. yet my little gamebreds dont hardly get a second glance, shows what the average joe knows about this breed. | |

| I think it depends on bloodlines. As far as bullies go, I have just owned Edge dogs (3) and they've all been good with people and pretty laid back. I bought Dookie because I wanted a big laid back bully and got a wild, bouncing off the wall dog who isn't all that big. He is an exception though. I do agree that there are some bad tempered lines out there. I have heard some really bad things about the GK line, I'm not totally familiar with those dogs but I do know that some people have had to euthanize their GK dogs for human aggression. | |

| Thank you woody and prison blue all of your input helps. I have heard mixed things on some of the bullie pits as well i will see how things go with Viper and make my mind up later on. Im not looking to have a show dog and might even work with Viper on getting into weight pulling but im still undecided about that as well . I kinda like the look of the bullies thats the only reason i was thinking of getting one but i know Viper is gonna be a big boy so im gonna just hold off a bit and see how he develops:) But i will own more pits in my future i know that for a fact i am sold on them and really love the one i have now. You are all great friends and a real good help to members like me thanks for everything:) DANNY | |
