how many bloodlines are there?? are these blood lines still around today??

I'm trying to learn but boy its had to keep up sometimes.

There are alot of different bloodlines but the ones you hear the most about are the popular ones... You can still find some "pure" bloodlines of dogs but they arent everywhere. There are alot of people who combine a couple of lines to create their own lines too. That and there are people who have bloodlines that you'll never hear about since some people like to keep stuff private and only breed for them and close friends/family.

No lol, that's why this section is here . This way people will be able to learn a little more about all the different bloodlines and actually get to talk with people who own dogs who come from these lines. IMO, it's better than just google'n information...this way it's a bit more "personal".

I love this discussion. My bloodline for instance the bloodlines I perfer is no secret. I perfer these lines for my own personal reasons. I combine them for the purity of what I,m looking for.
