training is going alright i,m working on it. I,m starting to get my grapeling down. I need to work on a few things my cardio is good. I need to work on building my body. I,m workign on more pushups chinups and situps. I need to make my upper body stronger. Aaron is now living with us and helping me every day. Today we practiced with chest hits and grapeling.
