Garmin Nuvi 750

I am thinking about buying a Garmin Nuvi 750 today.
Price $300.00
Brand new. Box never been opened.
It is a one day price. So I am looking for opinions soon, please. Sorry bout the rush.

its a good product but that is the new price so if i was you i would just buyit brand new get a warranty with it.

It is brand new and comes with a 30 day return store waranty and the factory waranty, how ever long that is.

That is what I am lookin at, only on T V.

yah like i say its a good product just dont want you to be fulled about the price you are paying factory retail.

I do not think it will do what I want it to do, so I don't guess I'll buy it.

From e-mails, forums, and phone calls, I think I have discovered that it will not do what I want it to do.

It ain't waterproof.
It will not get me across mountains and several miles of forest to my truck & trailer.
It will not get me back to my truck and trailer across miles of wooded lake.
It ain't motorcycle friendly.

Apparently it works off of streets and addresses. If I am on a street I can stop and ask someone for directions. The people interaction is half the fun of going somewhere. And I can read a map.
